At Gold Coast Wake Boat Adventures, we do our best to ensure you get out on the water at your scheduled time. However, unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Weather Cancellations

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, Gold Coast Wake Boat Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your booking. In this case, you will have the option to reschedule for another time or receive a credit for future use. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations.

Rescheduling by Gold Coast Wake Boat Adventures

If we need to reschedule your booking for any reason other than weather, you will be offered a new time. If the new time is not suitable, you may choose between receiving a credit for future use or a full refund.

Customer Cancellations

• More than 12 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your booking or receive a credit for future use. Refunds will not be provided.
• Less than 12 hours’ notice: Unfortunately, no rescheduling, refunds, or credits will be given, as we will have incurred costs and lost the opportunity to fill your scheduled time.
